About
MEET ERIC
I've spent over a decade in HR, technology, people operations, and BI analytics, helping teams adopt new systems and automate their daily work.
I hold a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne.
After years of learning and growing with AI, in 2025 I started teaching AI to help people master AI agents and build automations that take repetitive, mundane work off their plate, so they can focus on strategic and creative work. In 2026, I officially started AIC to keep augmenting individuals.
My goal is to help people do more with AI by working smarter, not harder. Every engagement is meant to give time back and make people more capable.
